Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive at Le Méridien Ahmedabad. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, handling guest inquiries, managing reservations, and providing personalized services. The role includes supporting the front desk team, addressing guest issues, and coordinating with other departments to meet guest needs. The aim is to deliver high-quality customer service and enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Guest Relations and Customer Service skills
• Effective Communication skills in English and local language
• Sales experience, including upselling services
• Receptionist Duties, including managing guest check-ins and check-outs
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
