Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Guest Relations Executive. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day guest interactions, providing superior customer service, supporting sales activities, and performing receptionist duties. The role also involves addressing guest concerns, creating a welcoming environment, and coordinating with different departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
