Role Overview: As a Guest Relations Executive at Ramada By Wyndham Jamshedpur Bistupur, you will be responsible for welcoming and assisting guests, managing reservations, handling guest inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Your role will involve coordinating with various departments to fulfill guest requests efficiently and maintaining guest records.
