Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive, located in Bengaluru. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests, managing the front desk, handling inquiries and reservations, coordinating with internal teams to ensure guest satisfaction, and maintaining a welcoming environment. They will also address guest complaints, provide information about facilities, and ensure compliance with company standards and protocols.

• Experience in guest management, hospitality, or customer relations
• Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high standards of service
• Proficiency in using office software and reservation systems
• Any relevant certifications or courses in customer service or hospitality
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
