Guest Relations Executive

Double A Lifestyle is looking for a warm, well-presented, and customer-focused Guest Relation Executive to enhance our guests’ dining experience. The GRE will be the first point of contact for guests and will play a key role in creating a welcoming, memorable, and personalized experience that reflects the Forest Table brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and ensure a pleasant first impression
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waiting lists
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menu introductions if required
• Handle guest queries, special requests, and feedback professionally
• Coordinate with service staff, kitchen, and management to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor guest satisfaction during their visit and address concerns promptly
• Assist in handling complaints politely and efficiently
• Maintain guest records and note preferences for repeat visits
• Ensure cleanliness and presentation of reception and waiting areas
• Uphold restaurant standards, service etiquette, and brand image

Required Qualifications

• Graduate or diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in guest relations, front office, or restaurant hospitality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Skills

• Experience in fine dining or premium restaurant environments
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-handling skills
• Multilingual skills are an advantage
• Basic knowledge of POS or reservation systems
