Job Description To handle the front office desk and reception area to greet the customers and guests visiting the site office. Allocate the walk-in leads to the Relationship Managers. Maintain the modal Apartment and showcase the apartment if RMs are not available. Keeptrack of inventory and work with supply vendors to ensure a well-stocked office. Handling office sales assistance. Maintain bills for the day-to-day office expenses. Taking necessary steps regarding purchases of stationery, pantry needs, etc. Maintain a log for office-related activities or repairs and Housekeeping management. Look after Office maintenance and smooth running operations.
