Relationship Manager - North Bengaluru

As a Residential Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to provide detailed information about residential projects to potential customers. You will play a crucial role in promoting property sales through various channels such as advertisements, open houses, and participation in expos. Acting as an intermediary, you will facilitate negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction. Meeting monthly sales targets will be a key performance indicator in this role. You will be required to handle direct sales, generate referral leads, and collaborate with channel partners to drive sales growth. Maintaining day-to-day reports accurately will also be part of your responsibilities. Your role will involve advising clients on market conditions, property prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and other related matters. Accompanying buyers during site visits and property inspections, you will provide valuable insights on the suitability and value of the homes they are interested in. To excel in this position, you should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills. A good understanding of the city's geography is essential, as well as the willingness to travel as per business requirements. The work schedule includes alternate Saturdays and a total of 45 hours per week. Candidates for this role should hold a minimum educational qualification of Any Graduate/Postgraduate. Additionally, having a good command of the local language will be an advantage.
