Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Act as the single point of contact between college management, hostel students, parents, and internal departments Communicate with students during food service times to collect real-time feedback Summarize student feedback and report it to concerned departments (kitchen, housekeeping, etc.) Follow up with departments to ensure timely resolution of issues and improvements Coordinate with college management regarding service-related tasks and requirements Handle parent inquiries or complaints professionally and empathetically Maintain communication logs and prepare weekly/monthly reports and presentations Represent the company during inspections, audits, and campus events Ensure smooth communication flow and bridge gaps between stakeholders Build and maintain strong relationships with students, college authorities, and internal teams
