Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Relations Agent located in Madikeri. The Guest Relations Agent will be responsible for managing guest interactions to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include providing exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints, managing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all guests. The role will also involve ensuring seamless guest stays and coordinating with various departments for efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Proven expertise in guest relations, customer service, and fostering customer satisfaction.
• Experience in handling receptionist duties, including check-ins, check-outs, and providing accurate information to guests.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
• A positive attitude, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills for managing guest experiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
