Role Description

The Guest Relations Agent will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience by providing warm welcome and genuine care.

The role includes assisting guests with special requests, resolving concerns professionally, and coordinating with different departments to fulfill guest needs promptly.

Also will be resposible for Online Reputation Management

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Guest Relations skills
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction practices
• Experience with Receptionist Duties and front desk operations
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor
• Ability to handle challenging situations with problem-solving capabilities
• Basic computer and reservation software proficiency is a plus
• Prior hospitality industry experience is mandatory
