Guest Relations Agent

As a part of our International Real Estate Company's Panchkula office team, your role will involve being the heart of the workplace and the first point of engagement with customers. You will respond positively and proactively to all reasonable client requests, aiming to elevate the customer experience by managing all guest arrivals and lobby hosting for a seamless arrival experience. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and delivering best-in-class hospitality and care to the guests, as well as managing the workspace to ensure operational standards are maintained and improved.
