Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relation Executive, located in Jodhpur. The Guest Relation Executive will be responsible for managing guest experiences from check-in to check-out, addressing any inquiries or concerns, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction. Daily tasks involve coordinating with various departments to fulfill guest needs, handling reservations, offering accurate local information, and enhancing the guest experience with personalized services.

• Proficiency in Guest Relations and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Sales and Receptionist Duties
• Organizational and Multitasking abilities
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team and handle stressful situations
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field is advantageous
