Designation: Assistant Manager- Corporate Sales Location: Gurgaon (Head Office) Experience Required: 3-5 years Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HORECA & Institutional Sales Manager to oversee the sales of our entire product range within the assigned region. This role requires a strong focus on driving brand visibility, increasing market share, and establishing long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the HORECA and institutional sectors. Key Responsibilities: •Sales Management: Lead the sales efforts for HORECA and institutional accounts across the assigned area, ensuring optimal coverage and distribution of our product portfolio. •Brand Visibility & Distribution: Ensure all brands are visible in the market and available according to the company’s distribution and sales objectives. •New Product Launches: Focus on successful product launches and relaunches, striving to meet or exceed sales targets. •Payments & Collections: Oversee the collection of payments with orders and ensure timely follow-ups with distributors and direct accounts. •Reporting & Data Management: Maintain accurate sales data and reports, following company guidelines and ensuring timely updates. •Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers, ensuring long-term partnerships and market expansion. •Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure competitive pricing in the market. Key Requirements: •Proven experience in HORECA and institutional sales, with a focus on 5-star hotel and airline tie-ups. •Strong track record in driving brand visibility, product launches, and sales growth in competitive markets. •Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
