Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of chocolate products including bonbons, pralines, truffles, bars, and molded chocolates.

• Support tempering, molding, enrobing, and filling tasks under the guidance of senior chefs.

• Follow recipes and production guidelines while maintaining consistency, hygiene, and food safety standards.

• Handle chocolate ingredients and equipment with care, ensuring cleanliness and proper storage.

• Help with daily mise en place and cleaning schedules for the chocolate station.

• Stay updated with kitchen SOPs and assist in inventory checks for chocolate supplies.

• Maintain personal hygiene and proper grooming as per kitchen standards.

Requirements & Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a chocolate/pastry kitchen or confectionery production.

• Basic understanding of chocolate handling, tempering, and flavour pairing.

• Eagerness to learn advanced chocolate techniques and improve efficiency.

• Ability to work in a team, follow instructions, and manage time effectively.

• Knowledge of HACCP and basic food safety norms is a plus.

• Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts / Pastry / Confectionery is preferred.

Work Environment:

• Temperature-controlled chocolate room or pastry kitchen.

• Fast-paced setting requiring attention to detail and multitasking.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
