Job Description

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues Support the IT team in maintaining and monitoring network systems Help in the installation and configuration of computer systems Participate in IT projects and contribute to team objectives Document technical processes and update support manuals Provide technical support to end-users via email, phone, or in-person Learn and adhere to company IT policies and security measures qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Basic understanding of computer hardware and software Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies Ability to work in a team-oriented environment skills Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) Exposure to programming languages (Java, Python, C++) Understanding of network protocols and devices Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Basic troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Familiarity with database management systems Knowledge of cybersecurity principles Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month Shift: Day shift Fixed shift Work Location: In person
