The Guest Relation Executive will be the first point of contact for guests and play a key role in shaping their overall experience. From welcoming guests on arrival to ensuring a smooth departure, this role is all about attentive service, clear communication, and handling situations calmly and professionally. Someone in this role should genuinely enjoy interacting with people and take pride in creating a warm, memorable experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist them throughout their visit, ensuring comfort and satisfaction


• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a polite and timely manner


• Coordinate closely with the kitchen, food & beverage team, bar staff, and valet parking to meet guest requirements


• Maintain accurate records of guest details, preferences, feedback, and repeat visits to support customer retention


• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients through regular visits to drive repeat business and revenue


• Ensure service standards are consistently followed and guest expectations are met or exceeded

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline


• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar guest-facing or hospitality role


• Good command of English; additional languages will be an advantage


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills


• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure


• Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail
