Program Manager

for Guest Delight at Atlys, you’ll be the engine behind operational excellence. You’ll manage and scale critical workflows, partner closely with Fulfilment, Product, Engineering, and partner teams to solve daily challenges, and lead initiatives that improve both speed and service quality.This role sits at the heart of our operations, driving cross-functional collaboration, streamlining processes, and ensuring travelers get a smooth, fast, and reliable experience every single time. role that calls for strong on ground leadership, quick decision making, and a hands on approach to building systems that scale.

The Job

  • Build frictionless journeys: Use data to identify pain points and create programs that eliminate them before they surface.
  • Own experience metrics: Track and improve customer touchpoints, repeat user experience, AHT, NPS, and CSAT.
  • Program ownership: Define and scale initiatives that drive faster resolution, smoother workflows, and consistent quality.
  • Data-backed decisions: Analyze performance metrics to prioritize high impact problems and design structured solutions.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and fulfilment to automate, streamline, and improve experience flows.
  • System design: Build frameworks, playbooks, and reporting loops that make delight measurable and scalable.
  • Experiment and improve: Run pilots, measure outcomes, and double down on what moves the needle.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in program management, operations, consulting, or a similar execution-focused role.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities; comfortable using data to inform decisions.
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently and drive outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Prior experience in fast-paced environments, preferably in startups.
  • Familiarity with tools like Excel, Notion, SQL, or BI dashboards is a plus.
