Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting processes across a variety of GTM roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers across EMEA and APAC.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source and attract qualified candidates using a range of tools and platforms.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
• Communicate regularly with candidates to provide updates and feedback throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Support employer branding initiatives and promote job opportunities through various channels.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  

Qualifications

• GTM recruiting for Technology sellers (Account Executives SMB, Mid-Market and/or Enterprise), and Solution Engineers based in EMEA and APAC.
• Experience in fast-paced complex environments required
• Combination of large tech and start up experience preferred
• Strong client management experience
  

Pay Range

• Pay range for this position will be ₹ ‎ 488,208 per month . Compensation will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This rate is subject to change.
