Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Resolving client queries through email and ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Managing Provident Fund, Gratuity Fund, and Superannuation Fund-related activities.
Handling
Exempted Provident Fund
operations.
Ensuring end-to-end compliance with statutory regulations including
ESIC, PF, MLWF, Professional Tax, and TDS
for assigned clients.
Preparing and filing
monthly PF and ESIC challans online
and ensuring deposits with authorized banks before the
15th of the following month
.
Processing and filing all statutory PF forms such as
Form 2, 5 & 10, 12A, 19, 10C, 10D, 20, 5IF, 13, 14, and 31
.
Maintaining statutory records and coordinating with government authorities when required.
