GSCM Analyst

As a GSCM Engineer, your role will involve a variety of responsibilities related to Demand Planning, Inventory Management, Logistics, and Procurement in the Manufacturing Industry. Your key responsibilities will include: - Maintaining sales forecasts and planning inventory to achieve fill rate and service level goals. - Recognizing and responding to trends and seasonality in the market. - Scheduling materials according to the production plan and based on make-to-order requirements. - Collaborating with the sales team to schedule finished goods dispatch to customers. - Utilizing SAP for tasks such as Source determination, material master, MRP Run, and Material Scheduling and forecasting. - Managing 1500 SKUs to plan parts for manufacturing. - Working with vendors to ensure inventory availability, lead time accuracy, safety stock, reorder point, and profitable minimum order quantity. - Identifying and recommending action on slow turning, non-working, and obsolete inventory. - Preparing EXIM documents. The ideal candidate for this position should have an excellent understanding of business dynamics and updated market knowledge across the noncommercial and commercial vehicle sectors within the Manufacturing Industry.
