Job Title: Guest Service Associate (GSA) – Hotels & Resorts

Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused Guest Service Associate (GSA) to join our team. The GSA will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and providing excellent hospitality service throughout their stay. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a professional attitude to maintain high guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out.
• Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Maintain accurate guest records and process reservations.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure smooth guest service.
• Handle billing, payments, and maintain cash/credit records.
• Ensure the lobby and reception area remain clean, organized, and presentable.
• Uphold hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
• Support the front office team in day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in front office, guest service, or hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software (preferred).
• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or related field is an added advantage.
