We’re looking for a genuinely performance-driven Digital Performance & Growth Specialist to work across multiple areas of the business. Your primary focus will be lead generation for our vending division, while also supporting growth across our eCommerce and own-brand supplement channels.

This is a hands-on role for someone fast, commercially sharp, and accountable for real results — not just activity. You’ll own campaigns end-to-end, optimise continuously, and report weekly on performance.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Performance Marketing

  • Plan, launch, and optimise

    Meta and Google Ads

    campaigns across lead gen and traffic objectives.
  • Build and manage funnels for vending lead generation, including audience targeting, creative testing, and budget allocation.
  • Monitor CAC, CPL, ROAS, CTR, CVR and improve based on performance data.

WhatsApp Marketing & Automation

  • Set up and manage

    WhatsApp marketing journeys

    for lead nurturing and eCommerce engagement.
  • Build automation flows tied to campaign activity (e.g., lead capture follow-up sequences).

Email Marketing

  • Create, manage, and optimise

    email campaigns and flows

    in

    Klaviyo and/or Mailchimp

    .
  • Improve lifecycle marketing performance (welcome flows, abandon cart, post-purchase, win-back).
  • Segment audiences and A/B test subject lines, content, and offers.

Shopify & CRO

  • Handle

    Shopify product setup

    (new products, pages, collections, upload structure).
  • Drive

    CRO improvements

    to increase conversion rate, AOV, and retention.
  • Implement landing page improvements aligned with paid traffic goals.

Amazon Seller Central Support

  • Manage

    Amazon Seller Central basics

    , including listings, content updates, and optimisation.
  • Support visibility and conversion improvements through keyword refinement and listing hygiene.

Social Media Execution

  • Schedule and execute social content across platforms.
  • Handle engagement and community interaction in line with brand tone.
  • Coordinate social activity with paid campaigns and product pushes.

Blog & SEO Optimisation

  • Upload and optimise blog posts (content provided).
  • Improve on-page SEO: formatting, keywords, internal linking, metadata, and structure.
  • Track SEO performance in line with broader growth goals.

Reporting & Campaign Management

  • Deliver

    weekly KPI reporting

    across vending lead gen, eCommerce, and supplements.
  • Maintain clear dashboards and insights on what’s working, what isn’t, and what’s next.
  • Manage campaigns proactively and communicate outcomes with the team.

What Success Looks Like

  • Steady improvement in vending lead volume and lead quality.
  • Paid campaigns consistently improving CPL/CAC and ROAS.
  • Email and WhatsApp flows contributing measurable revenue and conversion lifts.
  • Shopify store conversion rates and AOV trending upward.
  • Clear, reliable weekly reporting and performance ownership.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years in a

    performance marketing / growth role

    , ideally with both lead gen and eCommerce exposure.
  • Strong hands-on ability in:
    • Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads

    • Klaviyo and/or Mailchimp

    • Shopify product management + CRO fundamentals

  • Comfortable setting up automation tools (WhatsApp, email flows, basic funnel logic).
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimisation.
  • Ability to interpret data quickly and take decisive action.
  • Strong ownership mindset: you measure yourself by outcomes.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central beyond basics.
  • Familiarity with supplements, wellness, FMCG, or vending-related businesses.
  • Creative instincts for ad angles, hooks, and rapid testing.
