Job Description: We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Software Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, both in terms of design and software logic, ensuring that our products deliver a seamless user experience. You will play a critical role in maintaining the quality and performance of our applications by identifying and resolving bugs before release. Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers to ensure alignment on project requirements and issue resolution. Conduct usability, functionality, and regression testing to ensure an optimal user experience. Verify UI and design elements to match specifications and ensure platform consistency. Suggest improvements to enhance the development and user experience process. Provide detailed test reports and document testing activities. Ensure timely completion of testing activities in line with project deadlines. Required Skills: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify subtle discrepancies in design and application behavior. Hands-on experience in manual software testing. Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical mindset. Familiarity with software development life cycles (SDLC) and defect management processes. Ability to create clear and concise testing documentation. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory): Knowledge of test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium, etc.) Experience in scripting or coding to support automation initiatives Exposure to performance and security testing tools is a plus.
