Software Test Analyst

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Software Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, both in terms of design and software logic, ensuring that our products deliver a seamless user experience. You will play a critical role in maintaining the quality and performance of our applications by identifying and resolving bugs before release.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze system requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to understand testing needs.
• Develop, execute, and maintain test cases and test scripts for manual testing across different applications.
• Identify, document, and track software bugs, inconsistencies, and performance issues.
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers to ensure alignment on project requirements and issue resolution.
• Conduct usability, functionality, and regression testing to ensure an optimal user experience.
• Verify UI and design elements to match specifications and ensure platform consistency.
• Suggest improvements to enhance the development and user experience process.
• Provide detailed test reports and document testing activities.
• Ensure timely completion of testing activities in line with project deadlines.

Required Skills:

• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify subtle discrepancies in design and application behavior.
• Hands-on experience in manual software testing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
• Familiarity with software development life cycles (SDLC) and defect management processes.
• Ability to create clear and concise testing documentation.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

• Knowledge of test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium, etc.)
• Experience in scripting or coding to support automation initiatives
• Exposure to performance and security testing tools is a plus.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
