Software Test Analyst

As a highly skilled professional with extensive proficiency, you will be responsible for developing large and/or complex solutions that require analysis and research. Working as a project leader or subject matter expert, you will handle projects of medium to high complexity across multiple technical areas and business segments. Coaching and mentoring junior technical staff, you will work independently on complex projects with wide latitude for judgment. This role typically demands at least five years of demonstrated experience in software testing. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead QA and automation and manual testing responsibilities across the team. - Translate high-level business goals into actionable testing strategies. - Adhere to clean code principles and mentor junior team members. - Ensure platform reliability in a high-volume, high-availability environment. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define success criteria and deliver quality solutions. - Support CI/CD pipelines and ensure zero-downtime deployments. **Qualifications Required:** - Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites for backend services and APIs. - Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers to define and implement QA best practices. - Perform functional, integration, regression, performance, and security testing. - Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and technical specifications. - Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using tools like JIRA or similar. - Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups to ensure test coverage and quality goals are met. - Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar. - Monitor and analyze test results, and provide actionable insights to improve product quality. - Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes. **Additional Company Details (if present):** The company values pride in its work culture, emphasizing diversity and inclusion.
