Submit weekly QA reports (defect trends, coverage metrics, risks, execution progress). Maintain and submit weekly timesheets with activities and hours logged. Defect reports must include steps, severity, logs/screenshots, impact analysis. Any gaps in documentation will be treated as a performance issue. All testing priorities will be set by the clients product/engineering team. Any additional scenarios must be flagged by QA, but final prioritization rests with the client. QA is responsible for providing a formal sign-off at the end of each test cycle, confirming test coverage, executed results, and defect status. Sign-off will indicate that the build has been tested against agreed scope and is either ready for release or requires further fixes before deployment.
