Google Ads Specialist

Key Responsibilities

As a Google Ads Specialist at MOBO Media, your day-to-day work will include:

• Planning and executing Google Ads campaigns

  across Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and Performance Max networks.
• Conducting

  in-depth keyword research

  to identify high-performing search terms and audience segments.
• Writing and testing

  engaging ad copy

  that drives clicks and conversions.
• Setting up

  conversion tracking

  ,

  UTM parameters

  , and ensuring accurate campaign analytics and reporting.
• Performing

  daily monitoring and optimization

  of campaigns to improve CTR, Quality Score, and ROI.
• Using data insights to make strategic recommendations and continuously refine campaign performance.
  
• Collaborating closely with design, content, and client teams to ensure campaigns align with broader marketing objectives.
  
• Staying current with

  Google Ads platform updates, trends, and best practices

  , and proactively identifying new growth opportunities.

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who has both the technical skill and the marketing intuition to drive success:

• Minimum

  2 years of proven experience

  managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Solid understanding of

  Google Ads Manager

  ,

  Google Analytics

  , and

  conversion tracking tools

  .
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable results within deadlines.
  
• Excellent

  English communication skills

  — both written and verbal — for client interaction and reporting.
• Experience working with

• Familiarity with

  Facebook Ads

  and other paid media platforms is a bonus (not mandatory).
