What You’ll Own

• End-to-End Sales Funnel Creation

  : From lead generation to deal closure, you’ll build it all.

• Sales Strategy & Execution

  : Design and implement the entire sales journey — your way.

• Complete Autonomy

  : Run solo or build your own sales team. You’ll have full control over how you work.

• Client Relationships

  : Prospect, pitch, close, and manage accounts for long-term growth.

• Performance Reporting

  : Track and optimize your sales process for better conversions and higher ROI.

What We Expect

• Solid experience in

  B2B sales

  ,

  startup environments

  service-based sales

• Ability to build systems, processes, and client pipelines independently.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated and resourceful — you don’t need someone managing your every move.
• Proven track record of achieving (and exceeding) sales targets.

Compensation Structure

• This is a

  commission-only

  role.

• X% commission

  if working solo.

• X+5% commission

  if you build and manage your own sales team (we’ll provide legal and HR support for contracts, if needed).

• Recurring commission

  on retained clients — as long as the client or you stay with the company.
