About the Role:

SNITCH is looking for talented and motivated individuals to join our team! This role focuses on driving automation through data-driven insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product cataloging and the overall shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce operations, with a focus on optimizing online presence and improving customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse data to identify process gaps, propose solutions, build automations, launch them, and drive adoption.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with business goals.
Enhance productivity through process improvements and KPI tracking.

Site Merchandising:

Work with the experience team to integrate product insights into placements and promotions.
Continuously analyze site performance and improve product listing strategies to boost conversion rates.
Facilitate A/B testing for personalized content and messaging based on industry trends.

Requirements:

Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, SQL, etc.
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
