Role Brief-
Were looking for a growth-focused Product Manager to lead the charge on taking our background verification (BGV) and vendor due diligence offerings to new heights. Youll work at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales, blending creativity with execution to drive adoption, conversion, and revenue across high-volume sectors like logistics,BFSI, staffing, gig platforms, and procurement.

- Have an MBA with 2-3 years of experience in product- growth, GTM, consultant, strategy or CEO's office roles
- Are comfortable with B2B SaaS products, marketplaces, or high-volume platforms
- Love experimenting with messaging, packaging, pricing, and onboarding flows; have some experience with building GTM strategies; have been involved in 0-1 product growth
- Are a great communicatorable to align diverse teams toward a common goal
- Have a strong product mindset but dont shy away from rolling up your sleeves across marketing, ops, or sales when needed
- Think strategically, execute tacticallycomfortable owning a problem end-to-end
- Can be the central link between Sales, Marketing, Tech, Strategy, and Customer Experience teams to drive GTM success.
Heres what your day would look like-
- Define GTM plans and drive them from strategy to execution across multiple industries
- Build compelling product messaging, pricing, and packaging for different customer segments
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, ABM, and content that drive pipeline; partner with Sales to sharpen ICPs and co-create winning sales motions
- Owns product pieces as needed and delivers outcomes based on business imperatives
- Front-ends client discovery and discussion;translates requirementsto value propositions
