Role Description:

We’re looking for a Growth & Ops Intern to join our passionate team in Ahmedabad. This is your chance to experience the inner workings of a fast-moving startup while learning the ropes of sales, B2B sales, marketing, and customer engagement.

You’ll be working closely with the founders team to grow the Goodbelly community, understand customer needs, connect with our aggregator partners, and help us scale sustainably.

What you'll do:

• Help generate and manage leads, follow up with potential restaurant or business partners, and keep the team updated.
• Interact with customers to ensure a smooth, positive experience.
• Support the rollout of new sales campaigns and marketing initiatives.
• Contribute ideas to improve customer conversions and retention.
• Be part of brainstorming sessions, your voice will be heard.
• Learn the ins and outs of sales strategy, negotiation, and startup growth.

Qualifications:

• Great communication and people skills - you love connecting with others.
• A learner’s mindset - curiosity over experience (although both are welcome)
• Comfortable with going on field to communicate with business partners and customers.
• Preferably currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
• A positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to take initiative.
