Growth & Operations Intern

At our new venture Spark Studio, we are building a digital-first extracurricular learning platform that aims to make learning effective, enjoyable, and delightfully easy for children and parents. With the backing of prestigious accelerators like Y Combinator and Better Capital, students from over 9 countries are already benefiting from Spark Studio. As a Growth & Operations Intern at Spark Studio, you will have a significant role in ensuring the smooth running of live classes and supporting our early growth efforts. This position involves working closely with both the operations and growth teams to manage class execution, drive engagement, and improve conversion rates across user journeys. It is an ideal opportunity for individuals who are hands-on, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about working in a dynamic startup environment. Responsibilities: - Managing live class operations during assigned shifts. - Ensuring timely participation of students and teachers in scheduled classes. - Taking ownership of weekend class execution and proactively resolving any issues. - Acting as a liaison between the sales and ops teams by tracking trial class attendance and following up with users. - Handling teacher escalations, such as dashboard or connectivity issues. - Creating and managing user profiles in the LMS for students. - Assisting with trial and paid batch creation, slot edits, and batch updates. - Maintaining and updating daily trial booking and student tracking sheets. - Coordinating with teachers regarding upcoming sessions. - Supporting lead management and campaign tracking through tools like Google Sheets and CRM systems. - Maintaining and updating growth-related data such as trial-to-paid conversions and parent/student engagement. - Collaborating with the team to improve landing pages, trial experience feedback, and optimize drop-offs in the sales funnel. Requirements: - Graduate or currently pursuing graduation in any discipline. - Strong communication and coordination skills. - Comfortable using Google Sheets and online platforms. - Highly organized, dependable, and proactive. - Willingness to work on weekends with a weekday off. Benefits: - Working Hours: Weekdays: 12 PM to 9 PM (1 weekday off between Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday). - Weekends: 11 AM to 7 PM. - Successful completion of the internship will eventually lead to full-time employment.,
