An award-winning Indian plant biotechnology company specializing in natural, zero-calorie sweetening solutions derived from stevia Founded in 2015, the company operates a vertically integrated supply chainfrom cultivation with smallholder farmers in the Himalayan foothills to proprietary extraction and formulation technologies, There mission is to help food and beverage brands launch healthier, sugar-reduced products within 30 days, offering clean-label, cost-effective alternatives that replicate the taste and texture of sugar With over 150 global brand partnerships and a growing presence in Indias FMCG sector, also redefining the future of food through science-backed innovation and sustainable sourcing, About the role : We are seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to lead and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of consumer behaviour, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to achieve marketing objectives, Role and Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing strategies to effectively reach and engage target audiences, Plan, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and other relevant channels, Ensure all campaigns align with overall marketing goals and brand messaging, Conduct in-depth market research to understand consumer preferences, trends, and competitive landscapes, Analyze brand positioning and customer insights to optimize marketing efforts, Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to improve effectiveness, Analyze marketing data to identify trends, measure ROI, and pinpoint areas for improvement, Prepare reports and presentations to communicate key findings and insights, The ideal candidate will have: Knowledge of marketing principles and best practices Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred, Proven track record of managing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns, Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously, About Winnerbrands :
