The Role

Growth Marketing Lead

This role is ideal for a full-stack marketer who thrives in a builder’s environment and understands how to drive growth in a product-led SaaS business—particularly in healthtech or regulated markets.

 

What You'll Do

  • Own and execute

    the full-funnel marketing strategy, with a focus on Product-Led Growth (PLG) and bottom-up adoption.
  • Recruit and activate early adopter physicians

    , turning them into product champions and word-of-mouth drivers.
  • Translate SME knowledge into compelling content

    —case studies, thought leadership, landing pages, campaigns—with their input and validation.
  • Develop and run marketing experiments

    across email, social, community, and in-product touchpoints to increase activation and engagement.
  • Craft messaging and positioning

    that speaks directly to clinicians and builds trust.
  • Build and optimize activation funnels

    , onboarding journeys, and engagement loops.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally

    with product and clinical teams to close feedback loops and drive meaningful usage.
  • Measure, analyze, and iterate

    based on performance data and user feedback.

 

What You Bring

  • 3–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing—ideally in healthcare, AI, or complex technical domains.
  • Demonstrated success in

    PLG or self-serve environments

    with long-tail or niche audiences.
  • Strong ability to

    translate technical/clinical content

    into digestible marketing assets (with SME support).
  • Excellent execution skills: campaign building, content marketing, lifecycle/email marketing, light performance/growth tactics.
  • Passion for working

    at the intersection of technology and healthcare

    , and bringing innovations to life.
  • Bonus: experience with

    advocacy programs, referral loops, or KOL (Key Opinion Leader) networks
