Growth Marketer

About The Job

This is a blended role with an approximate focus of 60% on SEO (roughly 3 days a week) and 40% on PPC (roughly 2 days a week). You'll be perfect for this role if you love digging into search console data to find organic opportunities one day, and optimizing a Google Ads campaign for ROAS the next.

Key Responsibilities

SEO (60%)

• Regularly audit the website to identify new SEO opportunities and improve upon existing strategies.
• Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine optimization.
• Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
• Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.
• Work closely with lead SEO to execute SEO tasks and develop and execute larger SEO initiatives.

PPC (40%)

• Track spending and ensure campaigns stay within budget.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align PPC efforts with overall marketing goals and strategies.
• Optimize for performance metrics: CPA, ROAS, CTR, LTV,
• Conduct keyword research and selection for PPC campaigns.
• Develop ad copy, landing pages, and banners to enhance campaign performance.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing role with a proven track record of success in both SEO and PPC.
• Proficiency with PPC platforms such as Google Ads, and SEO platforms such as google search console.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail
