Role Overview

Gulf region consumers

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok
• Own growth metrics like

  CAC

  ,

  ROAS

  ,

  CTR

  , and

  LTV

• Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages
• Analyze performance via

  Google Analytics

  and

  Meta Business Suite

• Work closely with design, content, and product teams
• Stay updated on local consumer trends and platform changes
• Prepare and share weekly performance reports and insights

Requirements

• Fluent in Arabic

  (spoken and written)
• Based in

  Saudi Arabia

  ,

  UAE

  , or

  India/elsewhere

  with

  hands-on experience in campaigns targeting KSA or UAE

• 1–2 years

  of experience in performance marketing (D2C or e-commerce preferred)
• Strong hands-on experience with

  Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

  and

  Google Ads

• Experience with

  TikTok Ads

  is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with

  Google Analytics

  and

  Meta Business Suite

• Clear understanding of

  GCC consumer behavior

  and

  digital trends

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
