Growth Manager

As the App Growth Manager at Hindustan Times" digital financial services division, you will play a crucial role in leading the acquisition, retention, and monetization strategy for the financial services app. Your responsibilities will include owning and optimizing all paid and organic acquisition channels, designing and executing performance marketing campaigns, building referral and partnership-led growth loops, and collaborating with product and business teams to maximize user engagement and conversion rates. Key Responsibilities: - Own and optimize all paid and organic acquisition channels such as Meta, Google, affiliates, OEMs, and app stores. - Design and execute performance marketing campaigns with a focus on Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Return on Investment (ROI). - Build referral, influencer, and partnership-led growth loops. - Design onboarding and activation flows to convert installs into active users. - Drive lifecycle marketing through email, push, and in-app notifications. - Use segmentation and personalization strategies to enhance user engagement. - Collaborate with product and business teams to build funnels for loans, credit cards, and other financial services. - Run experiments to increase conversion rates across various financial products. - Optimize the user journey for Lifetime Value (LTV) while ensuring a high level of customer experience. - Set up tracking using tools like Mixpanel, Firebase, and AppsFlyer to gain insights into the user funnel. - Define and monitor growth Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as install-to-activation, Daily Active Users (DAU)/Monthly Active Users (MAU), churn rate, and revenue per user. - Conduct A/B tests across creative elements, flows, pricing strategies, etc. Qualifications: - 4-8 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or product-led growth roles within a B2C app environment. - Prior experience in fintech, lending, or financial products would be advantageous. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, dashboards, and conversion data. - Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, test quickly, and excel in ambiguous situations. - Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with product, design, engineering teams, and external partners.
