We are on a mission to reinvent comic creation and consumption using generative AI for the Western audienceOur vision sets us on a path to being the best in AI research, product design, content creation, and building the most innovative creator community

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Consumer Growth Manager to guide the design, development, and support of our Webcomics Over-the-Top (OTT) application

As the Consumer Product Manager, you will have the responsibility of delivering a top-tier webcomic experience to our customers
You will work closely with our technology, design, and content teams to ensure we meet our customers needs while also reaching our business objectives

Your Part
Drive User Acquisition for the Dashtoon Consumer App

Ideate and Experiment with new creatives for Performance Marketing to reduce the CAC
Lead a high-performing team to create and implement strategic marketing initiatives across various marketing functions including performance marketing, events, social media marketing, product marketing, and partnerships

Creating and implementing the growth plan in line with overall business objectives while striking a balance between longer-term strategic brand-building activities, mid-term scaling, and team expansion, as well as quick wins to achieve targets
Ideate, test, and scale new acquisition channels (Organic & Paid)Drive marketing decisions through quantitative results and AB testing, qualitative research, and customer insightsCollaborate with internal teams like creative, product, tech, and more, to drive growth

Must-Have Qualifications
An MBA or B2+ Years of relevant work experienceA desire to understand consumer behaviour and mindsetComfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced start-up environmentCurious about metrics, execution processes, and keeping an eye out for detailsStrong use of analytics, user research, and business cases to drive decisionsExperimentation mindsetPassion for technology products built for scaleNice to HaveExperience in digital content products or a strong personal interest in comics and graphic novelsExperience with user acquisition and growth strategies in the OTT space or gamingInterview Process (Not necessarily in this order)Application through Google formRound 1 with a founding team memberAssignmentRound 2 with co-foundersJoin Dashtoon and be a part of a dynamic team shaping the future of illustrated storytelling through innovative design
