Job Description

Role Charter:

The Growth Lead will own and drive D2C sales for 15+ first-time online brands, focusing on profitability and scaling. This role involves taking high-level business decisions and executing strategies across website optimization, marketing, design, and growth initiatives for D2C partners. The Growth Lead will act as a business owner for multiple brands, making strategic choices and driving end-to-end execution.

Responsibilities include :

Managing profitability and scaling growth for D2C brands
Acting as a CEO for each assigned brand, overseeing their overall growth strategy
Taking high-level business decisions around website, marketing, design, and brand growth
Leading process improvements and scaling initiatives across different categories
Collaborating closely with D2C partners to tailor solutions that meet growth targets
