Role Overview: You will be part of Team noon, working closely with the Growth manager to develop onsite & CRM strategy for Noon Food. Your responsibilities will include ensuring alignment of the onsite & CRM calendar with the campaign calendar, supporting in the build, test, and execution of campaigns, conducting analysis on campaign impact, quality checking the application and customer journey, and producing regular reports on performance. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with the Growth manager to develop onsite & CRM strategy for Noon Food - Align the onsite & CRM calendar with the campaign calendar - Support in building, testing, and executing campaigns on the onsite & CRM tool - Assist in designing and executing communication in coordination with design, content, and marketing teams - Conduct analysis to assess impact/uplift from campaigns and produce regular reports on performance - Quality check the application and ensure error-free platform - Ensure seamless customer journey through quality checks Qualifications Required: - Working towards a university degree in business administration or a similar field. Recent graduates will also be considered. - Ability to generate ideas and solve problems independently - Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, and high-energy environment - Outstanding verbal and written communication and collaboration skills - History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done - Aptitude for organization, flexibility, and producing results Additional Details: noon is seeking individuals with high standards, relentless resourcefulness, a deep bias for action, and the courage to be fiercely original.
