Why this role matters

As a Growth Intern, you’ll be part of the founding team’s journey to take Kalvium Labs from powering day-zero startups to partnering with global ventures. You’ll help shape our GTM, craft growth experiments, and tell the Labs story to the world.

What you’ll do

• Work directly with the founding team to design and execute growth experiments
• Build and qualify lead pipelines (founders, SMBs, and enterprise prospects)
• Support demand generation campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and communities
• Contribute to content creation: posts, case studies, and thought leadership pieces
• Track growth metrics, analyze performance, and suggest iterative improvements

What we’re looking for

• Based in Bangalore (HSR Layout office)
• Hustle-driven, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Strong research skills and ability to execute quickly
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Excel/Sheets, and CRM tools (HubSpot, Airtable, etc.)
• Bonus: Interest in startups, SaaS, or AI-driven products
