Growth Intern KalviumLabs Position: Growth Intern Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore Duration: 3-6 months Stipend: 15,000 20,000 per month About KalviumLabs At KalviumLabs, our mission is to redefine how ambitious ideas turn into products . We act as a true tech co-founder for founders and SMBs from day-zero startups validating their first MVP to global ventures scaling AI-driven platforms . Led by Anil Gulecha (Ex-Google) and powered by elite pods of engineers, were building a new narrative: world-class tech execution thats fast, flexible, and outcome-driven. Why this role matters As a Growth Intern, you’ll be part of the founding team’s journey to take Kalvium Labs from powering day-zero startups to partnering with global ventures. You’ll help shape our GTM, craft growth experiments, and tell the Labs story to the world. What you’ll do Work directly with the founding team to design and execute growth experiments Build and qualify lead pipelines (founders, SMBs, and enterprise prospects) Support demand generation campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and communities Contribute to content creation: posts, case studies, and thought leadership pieces Track growth metrics, analyze performance, and suggest iterative improvements What we’re looking for Based in Bangalore (HSR Layout office) Hustle-driven, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity Excellent written & verbal communication skills Strong research skills and ability to execute quickly Familiarity with LinkedIn, Excel/Sheets, and CRM tools (HubSpot, Airtable, etc.) Bonus: Interest in startups, SaaS, or AI-driven products What you’ll gain Mentorship from the founders and senior leadership Hands-on exposure to B2B growth in the AI & product execution space A front-row seat to how a mission-driven startup scales from India to global markets A pathway to a full-time role if you excel Section 2 – Growth Challenge Part 1 – Strategic Thinking (Market Fit) (Paragraph) Kalvium Labs works with both day-zero startups (validating MVPs) and global ventures (scaling AI-driven platforms).
