Growth Executive

Business Growth & Client Engagement

• Identify, pursue, and convert opportunities in 

  corporate training and HR consulting

  .
• Build strong relationships with HR leaders, L&D managers, and business decision-makers.
• Support business proposals, client presentations, and pitches.
• Explore partnerships to expand Skillsbucket’s market presence.

Marketing & Branding

• Plan and execute 

  digital marketing campaigns

   (LinkedIn, email, website, etc.) to build the Skillsbucket brand.
• Create and manage content (posts, case studies, testimonials, campaigns) to showcase impact.
• Track campaign performance and suggest improvements for lead generation.

Trainer Coordination

• Identify, empanel, and onboard high-quality trainers across various domains.
• Coordinate with trainers on availability, content, and delivery.
• Maintain a trainer database and ensure seamless execution of programs.
  

• Strong communication, persuasion, and networking abilities.
• Hands-on experience with 

  digital marketing and lead generation

  .
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with ownership and accountability.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and growth-oriented mindset.
  

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, HR, or related fields.

• 2+ years of experience

   in business development, marketing, or consulting operations.
• Prior experience in 

  training, consulting, or education industry preferred

  , but strong BD/marketing professionals from other industries will also be considered.
