Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Growth Executive based in Gurugram. The Growth Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing lead generation opportunities, building strong relationships with potential partners, and driving customer acquisition. Key responsibilities include crafting growth strategies, conducting market analysis, managing customer interactions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Business Development and Partnership Management skills with a focus on establishing and maintaining client relations
- Strong analytical and Market Analysis skills to support data-driven decision-making and growth strategies
- Experience in Customer Acquisition and Retention strategies, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Sales Strategies with the ability to leverage data and trends
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making skills to efficiently overcome challenges and seize growth opportunities
- Experience in the workspace or real estate industry is a plus but not mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
