About the Role:
As a Growth Executive, you’ll play a key role in boosting app visibility, acquiring users, and supporting retention strategies. This role is perfect for someone who understands how to combine data with creativity to drive results in a fast-paced app environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute user acquisition campaigns across social, digital, and offline channels
• Identify and collaborate with influencers, micro-creators, and community partners
• Monitor user growth, engagement, and retention metrics using basic analytics tools
• Assist in executing referral programs, launch events, and campus activations
• Run localised growth experiments in target cities/markets
• Coordinate with marketing, product, and creative teams for aligned growth strategies
What We’re Looking For:
• 0–3 years of experience in growth, digital marketing, or community roles (preferably in an app or startup)
• Strong understanding of youth culture, Gen Z behaviour, and social media trends
• Data-driven mindset with comfort using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar
• Excellent communication, coordination, and execution skills
• Passion for startups, digital products, and growing things from scratch
Education: Graduate in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields
(Startup experience or growth internships are a bonus!)
