Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospects and existing customers to build strong relationships and drive meaningful conversations.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure alignment with business needs and hand them over to the sales team.
• Identify and generate opportunities from the existing customer base to support account growth.
• Research target accounts, industries, and decision-makers to enable informed outreach and engagement.
• Manage and track leads through CRM tools to ensure visibility, accountability, and accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with Microsoft Partner Centre teams to explore co-sell opportunities and strengthen business growth.
  

Key Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in inside sales, lead qualification, and customer engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
• Proven ability to qualify leads and create opportunities from both new and existing accounts.
• Strong understanding of business applications, enterprise solutions, and IT services (ERP, Cloud, Cybersecurity, HRMS, etc.).
• Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management.
• Strong research and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
