Role Overview: As a Growth Executive - Digital Sales, you will be a crucial part of the inside sales team, responsible for qualifying leads, engaging with customers, and supporting the business team in driving growth. Your primary focus will be on identifying new leads, building relationships, and recognizing opportunities from existing customers to contribute to the company's success. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with prospects and existing customers to cultivate strong relationships and facilitate meaningful conversations. - Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure alignment with business requirements and pass them on to the sales team. - Identify and create opportunities from the current customer base to aid in account growth. - Conduct research on target accounts, industries, and decision-makers to enable well-informed outreach and engagement. - Utilize CRM tools to manage and monitor leads, ensuring transparency, responsibility, and accurate reporting. - Collaborate with Microsoft Partner Centre teams to explore co-selling opportunities and enhance business growth. Qualification Required: - 2-4 years of experience in inside sales, lead qualification, and customer engagement. - Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. - Demonstrated ability to qualify leads and generate opportunities from new and existing accounts. - Strong understanding of business applications, enterprise solutions, and IT services such as ERP, Cloud, Cybersecurity, HRMS, etc. - Proficiency in working with CRM tools and managing pipelines effectively. - Effective research and collaboration skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
