Job Description

You will be expected to drive for Results and sustainable success with in specified geography/corridor/customer cluster across the country and across borders by building long term understanding with Key customers and creating joint value with key stakeholders. You will also be playing active role in understanding customers Logistics Plans, gain customer and sales alignment and implement the plans along with cross functional teams to deliver team results. You will be managing the Negotiation terms, implementation and compliance as necessary, Improve and align intercompany Processes, prepare and align inter functionally for impact on customer solution, product flow, information flow and financial flow. You will identify/implement actions towards achievement of Cost, speed and sustainability targets.

We are looking for:

Masters in business or supply chain (preferred)
10+ years of Experience in Complex Supply chain management/Logistics Operations in a multimodal setup/ EXIM Sales with a Rail operator/Rail solutioning/Rail advisory
Exceptional Data crunching, analytical and Presentation skills with Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI is a prerequisite.
Knowledge on Transport management Solutions (Preferred but not mandatory). Domestic Rail experience is must.
Demonstrated Commercial acumen in Solution Design, Product Portfolio and Strategic Mindset
Have good knowledge of Tender and RFQ Management and self starter to adapt new IT Systems and Processes
Ability to identify customer Pain points using Qualitative and quantitative data Though the Position is from Gurgaon, we would want someone with geographical familiarity across key rail infrastructures and developmental plans for multi modal logistics of India, Bangladesh, Nepal.
