Growth Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Support the business team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Follow up with clients to ensure timely communication, feedback collection, and relationship management.
• Maintain and update client records, leads, and business opportunities in the system.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, accounts, design, etc.) to deliver commitments on time.
• Identify opportunities for cross-linking services/products to help clients grow further.
• Track progress of business leads and prepare reports for management review.
• Represent the company in networking events, exhibitions, and business forums when required.

• Comfortable with technology (emails, CRM tools, spreadsheets).

Qualifications

• Graduate in any stream (Business/Commerce preferred).
• Prior experience in client coordination, business development, or customer engagement will be an advantage.
• Freshers with excellent communication and confidence are also welcome.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
