Growth Coordinator

As a Growth Coordinator for the Interior-Fitout PMC and Turnkey wing Xecuto of Recro Kardo, you will play a key role in engaging with new clients and closing sales deals. Xecuto, a consulting arm of Recro Kardo, specializes in executing Commercial and Institutional Interior design projects. Recro Kardo, a well-established Architecture and Interior Design firm based in Delhi with a diverse portfolio, has been in operation for over 21 years, delivering projects in residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional sectors across the country. We are looking for a Graduate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in interior fit-out execution firms or real estate, who is located at a commutable distance from our studio in Lado Sarai, Delhi. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate successful growth experiences from previous roles and organizations. The qualities we are seeking in a candidate include a strong eye for Interior design, excellent negotiation skills, effective communication abilities, proficiency in preparing BOQs and Powerpoint presentations, a proactive and persistent attitude, and a strong drive to achieve results.
